Born and raised in Fairfield Ohio, Gina moved to Florida in June, 1984, the day after graduating from the University of Cincinnati. She made her move to Vero Beach in 1990 and in June, 2016 completed a successful career in the educational system in Indian River County.  Immediately she began her new career in Real Estate which has always been a passion.  In the 1980’s, Gina bought, fixed up, and resold properties long before the term “flipping” came to be.  In addition, she and her husband, Charles, began investing in properties in the early 1990’s and have now acquired an extensive rental portfolio.

As a new agent, enthusiasm and determination is evident.  Described as a self-starter, Gina has quickly found her niche as a buyer’s agent.  It is her passion to listen to her clients’ needs and wants and prides herself in finding the perfect property for clients to fall in love with and to call home.  Walking her clients through the lending, inspection, and appraisal process is vital and Gina stays committed throughout.

Raising her two daughters is what Gina considers her most successful life mission. In her free time, she enjoys gardening reading, boating, and the beach.
