BEFORE VIEWING THE AVAILABLE LISTING OR COMPLETING OUR APPLICATION PLEASE NOTE:

The Wilson Group at LPT Realty is located in Vero Beach, Florida.  We only represent rental properties in Indian River, St. Lucie and Brevard counties in Florida.  

Do not complete this rental application if the rental property you are applying for is not in one of these Florida counties.  Instead, please refer back to your local agent for the correct application.  Application fees are non-refundable. 

If you are interested in any of the vacancies, and you choose to apply to rent a property, please don’t forget to submit your last two paystubs or an employment offer letter when submitting your documentation.  Also, please note:

  • ALL applicants over 18 must submit a rental application.
  • Only completed applications with proper documentation will be considered as rental homes cannot be held due to the high level of demand.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for determination of eligibility.
