A native Floridian, Samuel “Sam” Gilmore was born and raised in Pasco County, the third generation of an agricultural family. Growing up in the cattle and citrus industry gave Sam a true love for the land. After experiencing the devastating citrus freeze in 1983, he moved to Vero Beach to continue his own citrus operations. Eventually, he began working with the famous “Hale” citrus family as a field manager for their 400-acre operation and in their mail-order citrus company.
While working for the Hale family, Sam became very involved in the Vero Beach community, getting to know people from all walks of life and different neighborhoods. In 2010, he became a licensed Florida real estate associate.
Sam’s incredible experiences in the cattle and citrus industry have earned him vast knowledge in business, operations, financing, contracts, sales, and negotiations. Sam’s love of the land continues as he specializes in ranch and agricultural land, as well as single family homes.
His relationships throughout the community open doors to opportunities and resources for his real estate customers. Sam’s earnest and honest approach enables him to succeed in serving his customers in real estate.
